John Kruk 1993 pt 2

Wait, there is more 1993 John Kruk goodness? This follows last Friday's first batch of some newer 1993 Kruk cards in my PC. I'm spoiling you. You do deserve it.

I went on a big spree to fill in some gaps in my Kruk collection at the end of 2019. My own trade bait for cards is dry... I mean it's non-existent. So in order to get cards I've reverted to buying them, which is fine as I think it's fun.

Here are Pinnacle, Score Select (OBP leaders), and Upper Deck Fun Pack.

Oh did he have that ball squared up. Bet it was a sharp single to the right fielder past a diving second baseman.

Kruk was always just behind Bonds. Here, finishing second in OBP in 1992, while previously finishing just behind him in the 1986 Rookie of the Year voting

Baseball was so easy for Kruk he often played on his knees to psych out the other teams.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I forgot Kruk was such an on-base machine!

  2. I've never seen that 1993 Upper Deck card of Kruk. It's very colorful.
